How do I know if an item will be restocked?

We aim to keep the store well-stocked. If you'd like more information on an out-of-stock item, please get in touch via hello@muditastore.co.nz.

Sale items

I ordered something, and now it’s on sale; will you match the new price?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down. We apologise for this inconvenience!

I bought something on sale, can I return it?
At times, we will have small sales on our website. All items sold during these sale periods are strictly final sales and cannot be exchanged for a change of mind.

Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?
It is important to us that you feel satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with an item purchased from us, you may return it to us within 7 days. Please see our returns policy.

What do I do if I received a faulty/incorrect item?
If you discover that your item has a fault or that you have been sent the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@muditastore.co.nz, within seven days of receiving the item with your order number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified, and you can expect delivery to take 2-6 working days. Please see our shipping policy for updates regarding    Covid-19.

What happens if my parcel gets lost?
Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. However, we will provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@muditastore.co.nz; we will try our best to make this change before the order has been finalised. However, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.
