Returns
It is important to us that you feel satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with an item purchased from us, you may return it to us within 7 days.
All items purchased on sale are strictly final and cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns for pacifiers, baby brushes, lactation, and postpartum products for hygiene reasons.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or refund:
The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
The item is returned within seven days of being received by you.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within seven days of being received by you. Please advise us ASAP upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that return postage costs incurred are payable by you; however, we will cover the postage cost of the new item.
Damaged/ faulty goods
We carefully inspect every order before packing to ensure that your purchases are in perfect condition. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via hello@muditastore.co.nz within seven days of receiving the item with your order number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) or a refund once we have received the returned item.
We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.
Mudita store is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number before sending.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted for all returns, except where the item is faulty.
